Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are the conversations stored?
No. The system operates on the "Privacy by Design" principle. As soon as the program is closed, all data is permanently deleted. For use cases that require documentation (e.g., transcripts), the operator can, upon request and at their own responsibility, actively save the conversation locally on the device as a text file at the push of a button.
Can the system also translate specialized terms from my field?
For specific application areas (e.g., legal interviews or psychological test batteries), official specialized terminologies can be integrated to guarantee maximum accuracy.
Pilot Project & Ongoing Field Use
We sincerely thank the Competence Center for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Mauer near Amstetten for the opportunity to test our prototype under real conditions. The valuable feedback from everyday clinical practice has contributed significantly to the optimization of our system.
We are very pleased that, after successful testing, the system will continue to be actively used on-site for acute intervention.
